If you have a SLR or DSLR camera and other maker/mount lenses, the Fotodiox Mount Adapters allow you to use your lenses on the film/digital camera body. Sharing lenses has some distinct advantages. PERFECT FIT5

Purchased this to mount all my Nikon G lenses to my Sony Alpha NEX VG10 camcorder. Fits perfectly on both ends without any rattle. Priced right. Now I can shoot wide open with my Sony Alpha camera.

Product works well enough but has its problems.4

I purchased this so I could use my NIKON lenses on my NEX-3, it works very well however the product comes with NO documentation whatsoever and even the manufacturer’s website has no real instruction. If the seller reads this PLEASE package some instructions with your product. In order for the camera to recognize your nikon/canon lens you need to set, under the MENU “release without lens Enable” Once you set that to enabled then you can use the camera with your other lenses.

Another thing the 2 small screws that are used to attach the base where one would screw into a tripod plate, could be a little longer than they are, they have come off my adapter and im having a pretty hard time adding them in, as it is now they have extremely small clearance to catch the threads of the holes. Aside from that, product works fine.

After years of enjoying the facility of automatic point and shoot cameras, I’m back in control and I am again slugging many of my otherwise obsolete Nikon lenses, thanks to this wonderful gadget. Well worth the money. I have one on each lens, for the ease of use. Of course, one needs an end cap (for Sony Alpha lenses) to protect the Nikon lens. Highly recommend the product.
